Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 250g fettuccine
- 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 bunch chinese broccoli cut into 3 cm lengths
- 200g snow peas, halved diagonally
- 2 spring onions, sliced

- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ¼ cup kecap manis
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

What you'll need
Oil, garlic clove, egg, kecap manis, soy sauce.
Prepare fettuccine in line with packet instructions. Drain and drizzle with olive oil and toss to ensure the pasta does not stick together. Set aside.
In a wok or large frying pan, heat half the old on high heat. Stir-fry chicken in two batches for 1-2 minutes each side until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
3.Stir-fry vegetables and scamble egg
In the same wok, heat the remaining oil on high. Stir-fry carrot, chinese broccoli, snow peas and garlic for 1-2 minutes, until tender. Push vegetables to one side and add egg, stir-fry for 1 minute, scrambling until set.
4.Combine ingredients and serve
Return chicken to wok with kecap manis and soy sauce, and add the fettuccine. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until pasta is coated and heated through, Serve topped with spring onion.
