Steak 'n Veggies

Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 500g rump steak
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 heads broccoli, broken into florets, stems sliced
- 300g pumpkin, seeded, sliced into 3cm slices
- 1 lemon, zest, juice, plus wedges to serve
- ⅓ cup parsley

- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp sea salt

What you'll need
Olive oil, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, sea salt.
In a bowl, combine the steak, 1tbsp of oil, half of the garlic, paprika, pepper and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2.Marinate broccoli and pumpkin
In a bowl, toss the broccoli, pumpkin, remaining olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and zest. Season to taste.
Preheat the barbeque or chargrill pan to high. Grill the pumpkin for 3-4 minutes on each side.
4.Chargrill the broccoli
Chargrill the broccoli for 3-4 minutes, each side, until grill marks appear.
Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes each side.
Slice the steak against the grain into 2cm slices. Serve with the broccoli, pumpkin, parsley and lemon.
