What you'll need
Beef stock, cinnamon, ground cumin, ground coriander, olive oil.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a moderate heat. Add the sausages to the pan, and cook for around 5 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a heatproof plate and halve sausages diagonally.
2. Cook remaining ingredients
Add the leek, cinnamon, cumin and coriander to the same pan; cook and stir for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add the sweet potato and stir to combine. Add the stock and tomatoes then bring to a simmer. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes or until slightly reduced. Add the broccoli, chickpeas and sausages. Cook for 5 minutes or until broccoli is just tender and sausages are cooked through.
To serve, sprinkle with parsley leaves.
