- 4 large mushrooms, stalks removed
- 4 slices gouda
- 4 burger buns
- 4 baby cos lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

- Fresh or dried thyme
- Mayonnaise

To make a tangy mayo, just combine your mayonnaise with a little cayenne pepper and a chopped gherkin.
