San Choy Bau

Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 2 tsp ginger, finely grated
- 1 red chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 500g pork mince
- 4 spring onions, sliced finely
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 1 lettuce
- 1 cup beans sprouts

- 2 tsp oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce

What you'll need
Oil, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce
1. Fry garlic, ginger and chilli
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add garlic, ginger and chilli and stir-fry on high for 30 seconds.
2. Cook mince and the remaining mince mixture ingredients
Add mince and cook over a high heat until browned, breaking up any large peices with a wooden spoon. Stir in spring onions, oyster sauce, soy sauce and coriander and heat through.
3. Prepare lettuce cups
Spoon mince mixture into washed whole lettuce leaves, top with bean sprouts and wrap it up to eat.
