Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 4 free range pork chops
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- Salad leaves, to serve
Ingredients (pantry items)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken stock (can be made from stock powder)
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary

What you'll need
Olive oil, chicken stock (can be made from stock powder), dried rosemary.
Lightly season pork steak with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add steaks and brown each side. Remove from pan, cover and set aside.
2. Prepare remaining ingredients and serve
Add tomatoes, onion and garlic to the same pan and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Return steaks to pan with chicken stock and rosemary. Reduce heat and smile uncovered for 6-8 minutes, or until steaks are cooked through. Serve with salad leaves.
