Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 8 white wraps
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green capsicum, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 450g rump steak, cut into strips
- 200g baby spinach
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste

- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp water

Olive oil, sweet paprika, tomato paste.
Instructions

1.Warm wraps
Preheat an oven to moderate. Wraps the wraps in foil and bake for 5-8 minutes to warm. -
2. Prepare vegetables
Meanwhile, heat half the oil in a large fruit pan. cook the onion, capsicum and garlic. Stir occasionally until onion softens. Remove from pan. -
3. Begin to cook beef
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan, cook the beef strips over high heat until browned. Stir in the paprika and tomato paste, season well with salt and pepper. Stir in the water. -
4. Add vegetable mixture
Add the cooked vegetable mixture and return the to pan. Stir to combine. -
5. Serve
Divide the spinach amongst the wraps and top with the beff mixture, tomato and sour cream. Fold in half, then fold in sides to enclose the filling.
