Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 2 bundled rice noodles
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 large red onion, peeled, halved and sliced
- 2 lemongrass stalks, bashed with a rolling pin
- Handful kale, shredded
- 60g shiitake or button mushrooms, sliced sea salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
