- 800g lamb, cubed
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- Fresh mint leaves, to serve plus 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- 4 pitta breads, to serve
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, grated
- 200g greek-style yoghurt

- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
