- 300g kale, washed, tough stems removed and leaves roughly chopped
- Around 6 good-quality pork sausages
- 2 fat garlic cloves, peeled and lightly crushed
- 1 fresh red chilli, sliced, to taste
- 480g dried pasta
- 100ml double cream, (optional)
- Parmesan
