Grilled Rump Steak

Fresh Aussie rump steak from Meatwell, paired perfectly with our veggie loaded mash!
Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 2 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 1/2 zucchini, cut into cubes
- 50g fetta, crumbled
- 450g rump steak
- 100g salad leaves

- 3 tbsp milk, hot
- 15g butter, melted

What you'll need
1. Prepare the mash
Cook the potatoes in a large pot of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Add the zucchini and cook for a further 5 minutes until tender. Drain and return to the pan. Add milk, fetta and butter and coarsely mash. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper.
2. Cook steaks
Meanwhile season the steaks with salt and cook on a preheated chargrill or barbeque for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
Serve the steak with mash and salad leaves.
