Grass Fed Angus Porterhouse Steak

Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 4 porterhouse steaks
- 1 radio, trimmed, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
- 1 firm pear,1cm wedges

- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Serve with a handful of walnuts (optional)

What you'll need
Oil, dried oregano, walnuts (optional).
Whisk half the oil, lemon, herbs and garlic. Poor half over steaks and marinate in a shallow dish, turning to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Cook steaks
Heat a large chargrill pan or frying pan on high. Season steaks and cook each side 3 minutes for medium. Rest, loosely covered with foil for 5 minutes.
Divide salad on plates and top with steak. Drizzle with remaining oil mixture, season to taste and add walnuts (optional).
