- 60g panko crumbs
- Green cabbage, thinly sliced, to serve
- 1 avocado, stoned and sliced
- Parmesan, grated, to serve
- Red onion, thinly sliced, to serve
- Gherkins, sliced, to serve
- 6 slices sourdough bread
- Chipotle mayonnaise
