Ingredients & quantities (Included in delivery)

- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 2 bacon ‘eyes’, cut into small cubes, (the round part of the bacon rasher is called the ‘eye’)
- 1/2 small onion, roughly chopped
- 2 eggs
- 3 chives

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 pinches black pepper
