- 1/2 brown onion, finely chopped

- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 400ml salt-reduced chicken stock
- 1/2 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- Horseradish cream
- Parmesan
