Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 500g fettuccine
- 2 chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 bunch Chinese broccoli, cut into 3cm lengths
- 100g snow peas, halved diagonally
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 spring onion, sliced

- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup kecap manis
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

What you'll need
Oil, kecap manis, soy sauce.
Prepare the fettuccine to packet instructions. Toss with olive oil to ensure pasta does not stick together. Set aside.
2. Brown the chicken
In a wok or large frying-pan, heat half the oil on high heat. Stir-fry the chicken in two batches for 1-2 minutes each, until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Cook vegetables and scramble egg
In the same wok, heat the remaining oil on high. Stir-fry the carrot, Chinese broccoli, snow peas and garlic for 1-2 minutes, or until tender. Push vegetables to one side and add the egg. Stir and scramble for 1 minute.
4. Combine ingredients and serve/h3>
Return the chicken to the wok with the kecap manis and soy sauce. Add fettuccine and stir-fry for 1 minute to combine. Serve with spring onion.
