Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs, each cut into 3 cm pieces
- 3 green chillies, slit to just below the stalk area, top and seeds left intact
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 250ml canned coconut milk

- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp ginger paste (or fresh ginger, minced)
- 1 tbsp garlic paste (or fresh garlic, minced)

- 2.5cm cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
- Salt, to taste
- White rice, cooked
