Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 1 bunch kale, leaves trimmed, roughly torn
- 500g spaghetti
- 200g bacon, diced
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 4 egg yolks
- 300ml light thickened cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan

- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

What you'll need
Spaghetti, garlic, olive oil, ground nutmeg.
1.Cook pasta & kale
In a large saucepan, cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Add the kale for the final 20 seconds of cooking time then drain well and return to the pan.
2. Sauté bacon & onion then add chicken
In a medium frying pan, heat the olive oil on high. Sauté the bacon and onion for 2-3 minutes, until golden. Add the chicken and garlic and cook for around 5 minutes until chicken is evenly browned and cooked through. Remove from the heat.
3. Prepare cream mixture
In a bowl, combine the cream, eggs yolks, parmesan and nutmeg.
Toss cream mixture through hot pasta and other ingredients until well coated. Serve.
