- 3 pieces sourdough bread, cut into 2 cm cubes
- Around 8 slices prosciutto
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 skinless chicken breast
- 3 baby cos lettuces, leaves separated
- 6 large eggs
- 100g parmesan

- 4 tbsp white vinegar
- Anchovy fillets, cut into thin strips (optional)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
