- 1 chargrilled aubergine (eggplant)
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 100g puy lentils or French lentils
- 600g canned chopped tomatoes
- 150g ricotta
- 150g live natural yogurt
- 200g chard (silverbeet), stalks finely chopped, leaves roughly chopped
