- 60g plain yoghurt
- 1kg diced beef

- 2 tbsp ginger paste (or fresh ginger, minced)
- 2 tbsp garlic paste (or fresh garlic, minced)
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds, roasted and ground
- 3 tbsp coriander seeds, roasted and ground
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, roasted and ground
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- Steamed basmati rice, to serve
