Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 1 large sirloin steak, trimmed and diced
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 1/2 lemongrass stalk, finely chopped
- 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
