Beef & Mushroom Stirfry

Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 500g rump steak, cut into strips
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 200g button mushrooms, evenly sliced
- ½ wombok, evenly sliced
Ingredients (pantry items)
- 250g rice
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup oyster sauce

What you'll need
Rice, oyster sauce.
Cook rice according to packet instructions and set aside.
Combine the beef strips and garlic in a bowl and mix well. Heat half of the oil in a heated wok or large fry-pan over high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches until browned all over. Remove and set aside.
3.Add remaining ingredients and serve
Heat the remaining oil in the same wok then add onion and mushrooms and stir-fry 5 minutes. Return the beef strips to the wok with the wombok, oyster sauce and water. Stir over heat until sauce boils and beef strips are heated through. Serve immediately accompanied with rice.
