Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 chicken breast filets
- 2 corn cobs, husks removed
- Cherry tomatoes
- 200g green beans
- 100g spinach
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

What you'll need
Balsamic vinegar, olive oil.
In a shallow dish, combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic. Add chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for 20 minutes, basting occasionally.
2. Cook chicken
Preheat a barbecue or chargrill pan on medium heat. Cook chicken, basting with marinade, turning every 5-10 minutes. Cool slightly. Slice and transfer to a bowl.
3. Prepare corn
On the same hot surface, grill corn for 8-20 minutes, turning occasionally until tender with light grill marks. Cool, transfer to a chopping board and slice off kernels.
Combine vegetables in bowl and drizzles balsamic dressing. Mix and place on plate. Top with chicken.
