Ingredients (included in delivery)
- 1kg diced lamb
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 3 large whole dried red chillies
- 90g dried apricots
- 250g plain yoghurt

- 5 green cardamom pods
- 2 black cardamom pods (use extra green if unavailable)
- 4 cloves
- 7.5cm cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2-1 tsp salt, or to taste
