Meatsmith Lamb Bastilla with Garden Salad

This is Meatsmith's Morrocan style lamb pie. Filo pastry filled with slow braised Victorian lamb seasoned with roasted almonds, raisins and master spice. Simply bake in the oven and you've got a delicious dinner sorted. One pie can feed two people as a light meal, but if you're feeling hungry, best to add a second to your order.
What you'll need
Olive oil, black pepper (for the salad) plus:
- Lamb Bastilla Each (serves 1-2)
- Salad Mix approx. 130g
- Lemons - approx. 170g
1. Heat oven and bake: Pre-heat your oven to 190 degrees and bake for 25 minutes until warmed through and the pastry is golden.
2. Prepare salad: Toss the salad with a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of olive oil
